Donegal Sea Adventure Boat trip Burntonport 10

The boat is not suitable for people with back ailments or pregnant women. In addition, we do not have wheelchair access at this time so the boat is unfortunately not suitable for individuals in wheelchairs .

We advise you bring the following on your boat tour:

  • Good footwear (no high heels, flipflops, or sandals)
  • Warm clothing
  • Waterproof clothing
  • Camera and binoculars (optional)

We provide life jackets and we can also provide some waterproof clothing in very wet weather.
Additionally, we recommend you leave bags/valuables at home as there is nowhere to store them at the harbour or on the boat. We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of any valuables whilst onboard the boat.

The boat sits a maximum of 10 people and the tours generally fill up quickly. Therefore, we recommend you book in advance via our website, especially if you are booking a group tour. You can also contact us via phone or email.

Yes, we have group packages available. For more information, please contact us. To visit specific islands on a private tour, a group is prefered but we will try our best to cater for everyone.

In the interests of safety, tours may be cancelled due to poor weather conditions. If a tour is cancelled due to weather, everyone will receive a full refund. We monitor the weather forecast closely and try give as much notice as possible. However, there are times it we may need to cancel on the day of your trip. You will be contacted by email or telephone should your tour be cancelled.

If weather conditions permit, the skipper will take a more sheltered route for a more comfortable experience. This will still enable you to experience the wonderful coastline and Islands of Donegal.

Unfortunately we cannot allow pets on the boat and onto the islands. The boat is not large enough to facilitate pets and there are also livestock on the islands. Guide dogs and special needs dogs are permitted when on a lead.
