It is the responsibility of the person booking the trip to ensure that all booked passengers are suitable to travel.

Although we take all ages from 2 and up, be advised that our boats travel at speed and bounce over swell. Flat calm days on the sea are rare so PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE NERVOUS WHILST AT SEA, DON'T LIKE BOATS, DON'T WANT TO GET WET OR TYPICALLY SUFFER FROM SEASICKNESS as the trip may not be enjoyable for you. It is advisable to take seasickness tablets if you feel that you may need them. Seasickness tablets are available in most pharmacies.

All passengers are required to wear our life jackets. These are adjustable to most sizes. Please contact us if you have any concerns

about the fit of our life jackets. Infant life jackets for children aged 2-5 are available. You may not supply your own life jackets.

Please note that we will usually go ahead with our trips if it is misty or raining. Sea conditions will dictate if we are able to run our trips and even on a sunny day, it may be too rough to run. We will contact you if we are unable to operate. If you do not hear from us then assume your trip will be running as scheduled.

Although we try to give as much notice as possible, sea conditions can change quickly and we may need to cancel last minute in some circumstances.

If we cancel a trip for any reason and cannot accommodate you on a rescheduled trip we will provide a full refund. If your trip is shortened, you will be refunded to the appropriate rate. Refunds typically take 3-5 working days but can take up to 2 weeks in some cases.

Wildlife is unpredictable. We will do our utmost to find as much wildlife on every trip as we can but, when searching for wild animals, there is nothing we can guarantee 100%.

Our 1 and 2 hour tours run on an open RIB which travels at speed, exposing passengers to wind, rain and sea spray so it is important to dress accordingly. Even on a sunny day, you can still get VERY WET from sea spray. We always recommend passengers (even in the height of summer) wear a windproof/waterproof jacket and plenty of layers, especially younger children as it is always colder at sea.

Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Every trip requires a minimum of 6 passengers in total. Therefore, some flexibility may be required to enable us to group you together with other passengers and/or take advantage of the most favourable weather conditions. If this minimum is not met we will contact you giving as much notice as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Our open RIB has 3 seater rows. You will be allocated your seats by the crew. When we are busy and our boats are full, we will need to sit you as the crew find appropriate. This may be next to someone from a different group or we may need to split up people who are booked together if our boats are full but we will try to sit you as close together as possible. If you have concerns about fitting alongside two other passengers, please contact us.

Pets are not permitted to travel onboard.

We may use your email address to send a review request after your trip but we will not pass on your details to any third party.

Photos and video taken on board our trips by the crew may be used on our social media channels, website and advertising. Please let us know if you do not wish us to use any images or footage that you may be in.

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before your departure time
