Our Story
Donegal Sea Adventure was created to showcase the beautiful Islands and coastline of Donegal. We offer a Sea Safari tour and access to the Islands of Inis Mhic an Doirn (Rutland), Inis Cú (Inishcoo), Inis Fraoigh (Inishfree), Íochtar (Eighter), Uaigh (Owey), and Inis Caorach (Iniskeeragh).
Our purpose built boat, 'Inis Fraoigh' is a RIB licensed to carry ten passengers and operates out of Burtonport Harbour. Our main Sea Safari tour takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes, we promise fascinating heritage, culture, history and wildlife on this unique adventure.
Some of the wildlife you might get to witness on your tour include birds, seals, dolphins, and even whales or baskin sharks! Alongside our tours, we offer an island ferry service to the small islands where you can explore the different islands for the day. We also provide custom and private tour packages where you can build your own experience.
We are a small family run business with a long history of seafaring and are passionate about showcasing the beauty and sharing the stories of these islands.
